Allied Media Conference accepting proposals for 2010
The Colorado Anti Violence Program (http://www.coavp.org) in collaboration with FIERCE (http://www.fiercenyc.org) is organizing the first ever Trans & Queer Youth Media Track at the Allied Media Conference. We are seeking youth led workshops, caucuses, meet ups etc that center LGBTQ experiences. We are especially excited to see sessions that incorporate digital storytelling, participatory action research, community mapping, performance or documentary film as tools for healing, education and community organizing. The Trans & Queer Youth Track is a creative grounds for year-round collaboration and we encourage session proposals that are coming from multiple groups and make space for ongoing networking and working
partnerships.
